Recipe Description
These shrimp-stuffed avocados make a delicious, healthy appetizer that is so quick and easy to prepare. This French appetizer will make your mouth water just by looking at it.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 Cup cooked prawns
- ¼ cup green onion
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 glove of garlic
- 1/3 Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Ketchup (optional)
- ½ Teaspoon Mustard (optional)
- ¾ Tablespoon White vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Magi seasoning (optional)
- 1/8 Teaspoon salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
Steps
- Peel the cooked prawns and chop them fairly finely.
- Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the core. Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
- In a bowl Add the diced prawns, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, magi seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Using a spoon removed some of the avocado flesh and add to the mixture.
- Refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Stuff the hollowed-out avocados with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped onion.

In French cuisine, they call it a salad True because of all the ingredients that are used. But soon I will make it in the American version and Call it SALAD :), Stay tuned.
