Recipe Description

These shrimp-stuffed avocados make a delicious, healthy appetizer that is so quick and easy to prepare. This French appetizer will make your mouth water just by looking at it.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 Cup cooked prawns
  • ¼ cup green onion
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 1/3 Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Ketchup (optional)
  • ½ Teaspoon Mustard (optional)
  • ¾ Tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Magi seasoning (optional)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon black pepper

Steps

  1. Peel the cooked prawns and chop them fairly finely.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the core. Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
  3. In a bowl Add the diced prawns, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, magi seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. Using a spoon removed some of the avocado flesh and add to the mixture.
  5. Refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Stuff the hollowed-out avocados with the mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped onion.

      In French cuisine, they call it a salad True because of all the ingredients that are used. But soon I will make it in the American version and Call it SALAD :), Stay tuned.
